Request for Trading Halt 3D Resources Limited hereby requests an immediate trading halt be granted by the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) for its listed securities. In accordance with Listing Rule 7.1 3D Resources Limited advises: 1. The trading halt is requested pending the release of an announcement in relation to an announcement regarding a capital raising by the Company; 2. The trading halt is requested until the earlier of commencement of normal trading on Wednesday 3 May 2017 or when the relevant announcement is released to the market, whichever is earlier; and 3. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading in its securities should not be temporarily halted.
