I don't think it's a takeover- rather a change in control . Several posters here have spelt out the slightly complicated ownership of CXX. Go & have a look yourselves . The "potential change of control" note it is only "potential" it's not certain . it may indeed be as several canny posters have alerted to - that they have been unable to move this project forward , due to the ownership structure. Let's see if they have resolved this . It has been painful for everyone waiting for something to happen with this project . But just speculating , the fact that there was no pick-up in trade immediately prior to the halt when it was flat- lining at 23 cent, might indicate that there isn't much in the announcement . Anyway lets hope those who have clung tight with there holding - will be rewarded . We have all been kept in the dark by the ownership "politics' that probably has held up financing & off-takes
