Acaca - I don't often read Hot Copper but I've just read your appalling posts, including one where you referred to someone as a dill. It appears you've missed out on a proper education because you don't seem to understand the importance of respecting other people and their views. You see, in a group discussion if you attack people for expressing a view because it is different to the one you hold then they will stop contributing to the discussion, particularly if they have much more to give than they get back. Applied repeatedly, over time only the most ignorant members of the group remain because only an ignorant person attacks another and the quality of the discussion turns to crap.
Start with a reading of the Dunning-Kruger effect. I think you might also benefit from reading Plato's Allegory of the Cave.
