I dare say it is just Hartleys who use to own and probably still do most of the options anyway. Which they got for free.
I don't see it being very big news if it is them. Basically just a 20% discount raising to them. And they will control things so they can off-load the amount they want to.
If it is someone other then Hartleys, I'll be very surprised and then the sp might have a good reaction.
