Just thinking about the announcement the word "material" was used.All Cap raising go through a trading halt regardless big or small.To use the word material I think is significant.The best outcome could be a partnering up agreement of a major drug company.After the previous placement it did say what the funds would be used for including results of some of the programmes.So far there has been no results announced, logically if they were raising money in the open market it occur after an announcement.Under the 10% placement rule voted on at the AGM this to me is not a "material" placement...so lets wait and see what tomorrow brings
