The creditors would lose everything. Quintana has security over the assets. Creditors are unsecured. unless there was some deal done offering security to creditors that we dont know about, and I dont think the quintana board members would agree to that.

I see a renegotiated payment schedule.

Unless Quintana wants to sell or run a mine, there is no winners in VA.
