I would hope ASIC is acting behind the scenes. They may also investigate possible SP manipulation while the notes were being converted going back a few months. We probably wont ever know exactly what is happening. Hopefully we shareholders will benefit from it.

ASIC, KBL management and the note converters need to come to an agreement and I think ASIC have a strong hand and the chance to do something useful. They might even do it.

We are of course all guessing, so best wait and see what happens.
