    Well.. Under A it clearly says the renegotiation of structure with service providers.

    To me its say :

    - Getting another debt consolitation thats gonna be manageable and positive for Company Survival.
    I dont think Credit Suisse took a gamble and entered in few days ago. They dont gamble!

    - Or, possible take over, new board ect. Which i doubt.
    I dont think that have anything to do with ASIC.
