Thought the rally would of been a lot higher after having todays announcement, but i think the general market is trading stocks as opposed to investing on the small cap end, either that or the bulls are waiting hands out for the next few days... Not a worry, should see more news before the years out to get my 100 mill target, especially given construction is due to start soonish.
