Flexiroam Limited (Flexiroam) (ASX: FRX) requests a voluntary suspension in respect of its securities, effective immediately, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, pending an announcement by the Company in relation to a material agreement with a major online travel website company.
Flexiroam requests that the voluntary suspension remain in place until the Company makes an announcement to the market, which it expects to make prior to the commencement of trading on Wednesday, 24 August 2016.
Flexiroam is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted.
