After doing some research on the parties named as the underwriters in CR, in particular WILLOWDALE PTY LTD, it appears this particular entity has made many investments in Energy/Resource companies.
Willowdale has been a top 20 shareholder in the following companies, some no longer are listed or have since changed names or been taken over by other companies.
RGX Redgum Resources (Lead Zinc Copper Gold)
CTP Central Petrolium (Exploration Production)
EHR Earth Heat (Geo Thermal)
DUO Dourado Resources (Gold Copper Exploration)
IMO might be an acquisition in a resource/energy sector?, but who knows will find out soon enough.
