I wonder if it's a related business (tech company) or such, as Freshtel has over (I would need to confirm this but I thought I saw it mention previously somewhere) about $30 million in tax loses which would be appealing to some businesses. I guess in a few days we will know. (I hope)
I had a little dig around the previous underwriters patersons securities they seem to have a pretty good track record with new listings etc,
I would like to see the top 20 shareholders at the moment, it would be interesting?
