I read and have re-read Friday's announcement and still remain in the dark. Rather than a general observation how about you provide a specific aspect of what you think is significant?

The term 'brazenness' suggests to me you are of the opinion that the BoD have been negative towards looking after shareholders? If so, in what way..."dubious, unprofessional, looked after their mates, behavioured like idiots...or simply resisted the urge to hold up a bank in broad daylight in lieu of the CR?"

I'm reluctant to say too much more at this time and am surprised no one else is likewise interested Broosta but my chin dropped when it first happened and obviously the TH means that others might have thought similarly.

Let's see what ensues next week ,if anything. Friday's announcement seems to be an attempted explanation , it hardly seems a convincing one
