The term 'brazenness' suggests to me you are of the opinion that the BoD have been negative towards looking after shareholders? If so, in what way..."dubious, unprofessional, looked after their mates, behavioured like idiots...or simply resisted the urge to hold up a bank in broad daylight in lieu of the CR?"
