    I wonder if this raising is over the 15% yearly limit. EXC may go it real big which then requires AGM approval. Might as well go to the AGM and vote for that acquisition. Whatever it is.

    Not sure if the interest in buying last Friday was due to this CR coming.

    There seems to be a lot of broker interest stirring lately
