Charts show; EXC has a Breakout point at the 2.6c Top of July 28th 2014.

Once the 2.6c Tops is Breached and if Backed by 5m Vol..then its in a new Uptrend to test the Next Breakout point at the 2.9c Top... of Aug 19th 2013 .

Once EXC Closes 3c + .. its Next Target is at the 5.6c Tops ..of Jan 28th 2013 .

Until it Breaches 2.6c on Close ..Backed by a Up trending (4m +) Volume

EXC must hold Support at ..2.2c ..1.9c and 1.7c .
