Okay allow me to speculate here… The purchase of Store Financial US has been influenced and possibly rushed due to EML’s partnership with PAYSAFE.

We know that a driver for PAYSAFE’s acquisition of SKRILL last year was their intention to expand into the US gambling market. It’s worthwhile doing the old Ctrl+F = (Gambling) trick, in the below document.

As the current EUR arrangement appears to be leveraging off one another, why would that not continue in the US? EML can possibly hit the ground running and setup the reloadable business.
