Like I said......it's a just a shame that someone else is going to swoop in and buy it for peanuts.

The Chinese wont even recognise the Summa case and good luck on pursuing the new company in China.
To sever all links with Australia and hold the technology in China in a new sanitised company... maybe 2 bags of peanuts...
