I agree bmasta. I've participated in several buyouts but never a nailbiter to the finish line like this one. My opinion is that Ferrovial is probably hoping for it all to go away - why would they want to buy a company that is suddenly embroiled in a contract issue with the Australian government, and risks the loss of a lot of future revenue?
Please, please, please, Allan Gray, take the money and save the day for the rest of us little investors who want to sell our shares for 1.50.
