Pre-new it was Allan Gray et al playing hard to get and Ferrovial desperately trying to get stock
Now the tables have turned!
Ferrovial probably doesn't want it anymore, but since the offer is unconditional they have no choice but to extend and payout $1.50 if it gets to 50%... Allan Gray is now looking at the suddenly very tempting offer on the table and licking their lips!
