My apologies it did not read the reasoning of the halt... "US peformance" can likely mean margins on its LCS ... if it is a continuation of low margins this will be 2nd time they have not delivered on improving margin on the following ships... this would be a major concern as management have not been able to rectify the problem... SP will be punished
