In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the Company Austin Exploration Limited
(Company) (ASX: AKK) hereby requests a trading halt of its securities prior to the market opening on Thursday 3 November 2016 pending the release of an announcement to the
market in relation to a material announcement on the flow rates from the Magellan #1 well.

The trading halt should be until the earlier of the pending release or prior to the commencement of trading on Monday 7 November 2016.
