You need to back up your statement:

The significant levels of dilution by way of CR along the road has unleashed a significant amount of shares onto the market, at some point share consolidation will need to take place.

    1) A consolidation means the number of shares that you own are decreased, however the total value of your shareholding remains constant. For example if you own 1,000 ordinary shares in Company ABC plc which were trading at 500 pence before a 2:1 share split (two for one share split i.e. for every one share you own, you get two shares), after the split you would own 2,000 ordinary shares worth 250 pence each.

    2) Considering the above - and even if a consolidation occurred explain to me how it will negatively impact upon AKK holders.

    3) What is this 'double whammy' garbage you are speaking of? This sounds like a 'nothing statement' - you have provided ZERO basis of what forms the 'double whammy' you speak of.

    4) Why would AKK even need to do a consolidation? If AKK builds three wells and they are successful and then AKK build more AKK's SP could go up to 1c - 2c or even 3c or more. By the time AKK considered a consolidation to increase attractiveness to buyers it would mean AKK would have to be going strongly as a company prior to the consolidation. If AKK are going strongly as a company - and if you consider the current entry of 0.007c do you think anybody would truly care about a consolidation?

Seriously people need to stop posting garbage onto AKK flying in like seagulls and then leaving.

First it was Yaks breeding and now its consolidation threats? - Like seriously!
