Comical is the nicest  1 word retort I can come up with for:
(a) company reporting
(b) the bash brothers in arms efforts to make the 3 Amigos look "uninformed".
Goes to show who doesn't know what.

BTW, material has a legal definition and if its anything like US laws  a fact is defined as material if there is a substantial likelihood that a reasonable shareholder would consider it important in deciding how to vote their shares or invest their money. The other thing is the placement availability remaining - is it 15% placement or did shareholders vote for 25%. Being material suggests it is over and above their placement allowance without shareholder approval.

I'd be very surprised if any funds needed for acreage acquisition or retention. Last acquisition done at zero lease cost if I remember correctly (must be all that demand for acreage ... probably only had to commit to drill a well sometime in next 5 years).

I know 3 posters not in the least surprised by this (@Autosime - that dinner got more expensive). Maybe 4 as one of the bash brothers did say he didn't mind CRs to put money into developing this iconic, world class, low cost, highly economical oil field
