Well, if it's with another ASX company, you'd think they'd also be in a trading halt.
Quite a few trading halts announced this morning:
TYX: "announcement to the market by the Company regarding a material project related transaction"
GGG: "The trading halt is requested pending an announcement in relation to an agreement with a strategic partner"
TYX I believe has IG on the register, so I'll bet them.
