If the major shareholders (Directors) haven't budged, you may be correct.
Worth having a look at the Fibonacci retracement methodology on this one and studying the VWAPs of the past 5 days - I don't have them up. 38.2% decline may be sig - possibly 4.2/4.3/4.4. Not sure. 4.9 low today with a 5.1 close is not confident trading.
By it's very nature, it appears to be a microcap Pump and Dump - not sure if it was orchestrated though, as market day trader forces may have considerably ramped her due to the immense volume on Friday and Monday.
All eyes on any change of interests, possibly tomorrow, and into next week, as well as any secondary announcement regarding patents which may wag the tail IMO. GL.
Watching for a trade only atm.
