Ann: TPG to Acquire iiNet in a Recommended Transaction, page-39

I haven't been saying that TPM was overvalued before this takeover. I liked the stock. In fact I was long the stock recently at $6.80 and have don't well out of this deal. I have also been buying over the years. And have made some nice long profits. I have never shorted the stock. But now i will start. That said. In the long long run. TPM will do ok. But during that time. It will also fall and rise. And since i am a short term trader. It is my way to take adavangege of those times and make some money. However right now it is way overvalued. And with the takeover of an already overvalued IIN at $8.60. Will not help the short term situation for TPM at all. Besides anything over $9 would be a good shorting opporutninty in the current market.
