Was thinking UXC was the no 1 potential acquirer. Counter bid or do you think they have got their hands full with the restructure. Noticed they are getting rid of their FSG segment -funds coming in! Bold call but I reckon there is a good chance of a counter bid. The fact the company is so small compared to the acquirers makes it relatively easy for them to offer more, 50% higher bid is only $6.4m more. Even easier is they offer stock.
