    I still think its undervalued... I was expecting to sell this at 60 cens / 24m market cap..

    I will prb take the cash as well... I already have TPG and I don't think this will change the share price of TPG greatly... its more a strategic addition.

    Good to see TPG aren't resting... IPX and Pipe should be a good combination.
