Does anyone know whether the end of year results will be announced before the takeover offer closes at the end of August?
Last year they were released on the last day of August, I can't help but think that this would be material information in deciding whether to accept this offer.
If there is an increase in revenue and cash flow with the HTM contract coming online and capex already being spent in the last half for this, then this could put the bid price in perspective.
Alternately it still might still be struggling to generate a steady cash flow.
I have written to the company to find out. Hopefully I hear something
