Matter of trust in management and lack of liquidity. No going to rehash fully but really have a massive issue with the whole hedging thing that happened earlier on the year.... My break even on this was around 1.45.... so happy to take a loss and move on. Also, did not like the look of their balance sheet.. whenever current liabilities are close to exceeding current assets it can be a worry.
