Sold half my holdings at $1.6 today to lower my avg down to $1.2 - reason because the speeding ticket said they are looking at raising capital. Need cash for growth and acquisitions.
Would not have sold half if management did not say they were looking at raising capital. I have to manage my risk accordingly.
Looks like great business though and one would think that the big boys - Origin etc will acquire this business in the medium term.
