I'm afraid I disagree. I think it would be great to see a takeover battle. We don't even know who Hedley are fronting. Anything that brings some focus and real discussion to TBR, that opens up and establishes the real value of both RND and TBR can only be a good thing for shareholders. The fact that the announcement hasn't even been acknowledged by the company sums up one of the major issues with the company. Even if Hedley are an upstart, it may be a door for other entities to enter the fray. If NST were to be involved they could offer double the current price and still be able to show a real benefit to their own shareholders........Open the lid, let the market see what's inside.
