Liabilty issue? ASIC knew about the illegal crossholding since 2010. Anyone for a class action against them for failing to enforce the law??

Now they want to let investment banks/stockbrokers sell ~12 million shares on market in 6 months when the average daily volume over the last 65 days according to WSJ figures is 3,728 shares.

Based on this historic average trading rate it would take 8.8 years to sell this amount of stock.

The Australian government are really employing tweedledee and tweedledum, first they let an illegal crossholding stand for 8 years with full knowledge of it and now they want to sell 12 million shares into the market in 6 months, which on historic averages would normally take 8.8 years to sell.

Stupid peole full of their own self importance. If the world was full of only these people nothing would be built, there would be no food on people’s tables, no roofs over people heads, there would be nothing but idle words.
