What stuff?
Your scorched earth attitude..... if you don't get what you want then everyone else should pay...."tie them up in court until the gold runs out"....... Punish everyone, even small minority shareholders, because you've decided it's "unfair"........and yet the Takeovers Panel as yet has only issued orders to address breaches of the Corporations Act and to correct previously false information....hardly a kangaroo court.
"This board built this company and its one of the biggest success stories in Australian gold mining. Even the success of NST has been built off the back of this board’s shoulders" ......This is just laughably WRONG WRONG WRONG!!.... Billis could have bought out the remaining 50% of the EKJV, he had the finance and a greater understanding of the project than anyone else who may have been interested including NST......Yet NST did there due diligence and managed to win a competitive process to purchase the Barrick share of the EKJV...........They have gone on to totally transform the mine and make it worth multiples of what they were brave enough to pay for it.......When they made this purchase NST was worth 90c a share, the recent share price is over $9......at the same time TBR was worth $2.50 and now worth $5......10 Bag v 1 Bag.....so really it is BB that has created tremendous value for Billis and he should be grateful........While NST has put together multiple successful deals what has Billis really done over the last 20 years - apart from take 13% (issued to Trans Global) of the company for himself via a very questionable deal with Oretek and collect very generous payments from the company?????......
You want to defend Sierra Gold's shareholding because that hasn't changed for 20 years, but how about you defend the Trans Global shareholding because that is the one that is very unclear...........EXPLAIN that one.
