Nothing about this has ever been fair........Billis broke the rules and is now being held to account. If he can't explain himself that is just too bad...... he will have to loose the shares....... After all he was bankrupt not too long ago. How did he end up with 16 million shares? I'm sure that in the name of "fairness" those that lost money due to his bankruptcy deserve to know how.
