The company has been in breach of that provision for 8 years and ASIC has known about it for 8 years.
If the relevant parties don’t comply with the corrective disclosure part of the orders all the relevant party shares will be vested in ASIC not just the ~12 million.
The banksters get all the shares. How do you think that will go for the smaller shareholders?
That’s why I think you don’t own any shares because you don’t care that the company is being destroyed and handed on a platter to investment banks and stockbrokers to carve up. People who have no rights to the hard work and effort that has gone into making this company great.
