    It seriously doesn't bother you that a director of a company you have an (what I assume is substantial) investment in apparently has over 60% voting power (i.e. more than 50.0%)? And could vote for or against any general resolution he wants? And could effectively control the composition of the board at his whim?

    And I'm not talking about the "oh I don't mind if Mr Billis does cause he's built this company up from his bootstraps" response; I mean just conceptually, as a general question, it doesn't bother you that a founding director could have an undeclared 60% voting interest?

    This I would never disagree with you on though mate; ASIC are toothless tigers who do nothing to protect the average punter.
