I don't quite get that theory. Do they get net short from this? I don't have experience in shorting stocks.
Anyway the shares are arguably valued cheap by the market because of the Billis control factor. Having forced disposal reduces the control and arguably a buyer would pay well more than current levels?
How does Billis execute a takeover? That looks tricky to me and if we are talking he is forced to dispose a lot of shares then wouldn't it be another party making any takeover?
