Or maybe someone who wants to own the shares so they can lend them out and start shorting TBR? If the TOV process goes the way some are predicting it will with a forced disposal of shares then it could be a shorters paradise.....
Other people have mentioned the possibility of compelling Billis to execute a takeover? How the hell does that even work?
