This: "I'd also like to see the date of the board minute that approved the awarding of the dividend" was my first thought on dividend announcement; and this: "if these contraventions occurred what other activities within the company have occurred to the detriment of most shareholders. The Board is famously secretive and there is no independent directors, so what has happened" is always back-of-mind with these two companies.
