Well the panel has made its declaration of unacceptable circumstances, now we wait and see what they actually are going to do about it.

Destroy a life’s work, that’s Australia for you. Regulators let the situation continue for decades then try and bring it all down to enrich the previlaged classes, shameful.

We stand-by to hear the next chapter of the story. Is the panel a toothless tiger? How do they propose to devolve the shareholdings? Can they devolve the shareholdings? Will we see an appeal if it’s possible, ie another panel formed?

Interesting times for the company.

My shareholding will stay well and truly voting in favour of the directors that have provided astute stewardship to get the company to this point and build it into the strong animal that it is. I’m never going to back the wishes of an ex-liquidator that only knows how to scavenge from the kill on the side of the road.Esh
