Thanks for your concern, but I'm happy with what I've said and the way I've said it. Your aggressive and extremely defensive interpretation of what's said seems a little misdirected. The Takeover Panel has declared that the circumstances constitute unacceptable circumstances in relation to the affairs of Tribune. I don't think it can be clearer..............It's interesting that the parties responsible for completing the submissions are the same in all instances, yet what you get from this is that it couldn't be TBR............Hmm.
