I don't know how you can even pretend to defend this farce. Billis has been hiding his control, period. This is just the start...... He may be in a lot of trouble......The Resource Capital deal has finally been fully revealed as the self serving deal that it blatantly is. When ASIC demand that Rand dispose of it's Tribune shares Billis tries to funnel them off to Resource Capital.......another company he happens to fully own......All his actions as director now need to be carefully reviewed, lucky for us I think Hedley is just the man for the job. I'm sure NST would be happy to take it over.
