Yes but it’s not all undeclared as you falsely claim in your post. In the annual reports Mr Billis declares interests in 44.4% of the company’s shares as per my previous post.

There may be some discrepancies but he has declared all but the Resource Capital interests from what I can make out of that spaghetti of a summary by the TO panel. It’s either the Resource Capital non-disclosure or an effective non-disclosure in relation to Sierra Gold or Trans Global that bring him up from the 44.4% disclosed in the annual report to the 60.49% you highlight above. I must say the TO panel could have made their summation much clearer in my opinion as to which shareholdings are in dispute in respect to declarations of interests. Has anyone else figured it out?

In any respect false information in tracing notice notifications/information is not necessarily intentionally false, it could be just a mistake.

As per my previous posts I don’t actually care about these discrepancies as I believe Mr Billis has served me as a long time shareholder very well and this opportunity wouldn’t exist without him.

Out of interest what is your fascination with this story? Esh
