Because the buyers are not paying up. I'm sure if the buyers stepped up to the plate they would elicit more liquidity from the market. The tight register is both a blessing and curse but you are another who has forgotten that without Mr Billis the built up value (however undervalued it may or may not be) would just not exist today without him. The value and opportunity we has shareholders have today, would simply not exist without him. Esh
