Not a law expert, did take a Corporate Law unit in the past. Would like to know how Gordon Gecko Galt as a director of Realm hasn't breach his directors duties under the Corporations Act namely:

s181 - Act in good faith, in the best interests of the company and for a proper purpose; and
s182 - Improper use of position (conflict of interest); and
s183 - Improper use of information (conflict of interest).

All three fall under civil penalty provisions s1317E and criminal penalty provisions s184.

Would be great if ASIC:
-fined him $200K (s1317G); and
-disqualified him as director (s206C); and
-Jail him for 5 years.

We can only dream.
