I wonder if Matthew Stevens will pick this up as well - he is the author at the AFR that wrote about the finders and taurus debacle. Nothing better than having the media pick this up. I imagine it will do wonders for his reputation

i feel ASIC needs takes action over this directly against Taurus, there may not be anything technically illegal done (however now the takeovers panel have mentioned "coercion" so i'm not sure) but there is a damn moral and ethical line that they have crossed that's for sure and this is the 2nd time in 2 months a finding has gone against them.

IMO it's corporate bullying. if they want the company fine - I just want fair value for my shares
