This publication is terrible reading for T2, Galt and Davies.
They really are, in my opinion, in this for the benefit of one entity only (Taurus).
Let's hope that ASIC are still looking in to this.
There has obviously been enough evidence for the Takeovers Panel to take action, let's hope ASIC are prepared to do the same (assuming they are still assessing the situation).
