Very pleased to see our two remaining independent directors making a real stand. A real shame Mr Ever resigned, I wonder what motivated/pressured him to leave at such a crucial time. Even if Realm can temporarily block the appointment of stooge directors it still two all with Galt having a casting vote to continue to hinder any strategies that allow us to realise fair value.

Even if we do relist there might a paucity of investors who want to invest in a company with a Chairman who wants to rip off his small shareholders. However, the application suggests that relisting is the only realistic option for us. No white knight to date and it would appear no liklihood of a significantly higher offer from T2, although maybe this application may force them to act fairly to avoid further soiling their reputation.

The next 48 hours wil be interesting.
